1. Introduction
Welcome to Pro Touch Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern
your use of our website located at trainlikeapro.click ("Website") and
the services we provide, including football training, coaching, and
related activities ("Services").
By accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound
by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may
not access the Website or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pro
Touch Academy, made in accordance with Egyptian law, including but not
limited to the Egyptian Civil Code, Consumer Protection Law (Law No.
181 of 2018), the Electronic Signature Law (Law No. 15 of 2004), and
the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
2. About Us
Pro Touch Academy is a football training academy based in Egypt,
dedicated to developing football skills for players of all ages and
abilities. Our academy is registered under Egyptian law with all
required permits and licenses.
3. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Academy," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pro Touch Academy

"Player" refers to any individual registered to receive our Services

"Parent/Guardian" refers to the legal parent or guardian of any
Player under 18 years of age

"Member," "you," and "your" refer to the user of our Website and/or
Services, including Players and Parents/Guardians

"Training Session" refers to any coaching, practice, match, or other
football-related activity organized by the Academy
4. Membership and Registration
4.1 Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals of all ages. However,
Players under 18 years of age must have consent from a Parent/Guardian
to register and participate in our Services, in accordance with
Egyptian law.
4.2 Registration Process
To register for our Services, you must:

Complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete
information
- Pay any applicable registration fees
- Provide emergency contact information

Disclose any relevant medical conditions or special requirements

Submit signed consent forms and waivers (for Players under 18, these
must be signed by a Parent/Guardian)
- Provide proof of identity as required by Egyptian regulations
- Agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
4.3 Verification of Information
We reserve the right to verify the information provided during
registration. This may include:
- Contacting emergency contacts
- Requesting additional documentation

Verifying medical information with healthcare providers (with your
consent)
4.4 Membership Fees

All fees must be paid in advance according to our payment schedule

Fees are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all applicable
taxes

Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash
payments at our facility

Fees are non-refundable except in circumstances specified in Section
10

We reserve the right to change our fees with at least 30 days'
notice to Members
- Fee changes will not affect pre-paid services
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Players' Conduct
All Players must:
- Arrive punctually for all Training Sessions

Wear appropriate football attire, including shin guards and suitable
footwear
- Respect coaches, officials, other Players, and staff
- Follow instructions from coaches and staff

Refrain from behavior that could be considered harmful, offensive,
or disruptive
- Not use prohibited substances or performance-enhancing drugs
5.2 Parents/Guardians' Conduct
All Parents/Guardians must:
- Ensure Players arrive and are collected punctually
- Encourage Players in a positive manner
- Respect decisions made by coaches and officials
- Refrain from coaching from the sidelines
- Communicate concerns through appropriate channels

Refrain from behavior that could be considered harmful, offensive,
or disruptive
5.3 Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Physical or verbal abuse of any kind

Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected
characteristics
- Bullying or harassment
- Damage to Academy property or facilities
- Actions that endanger the safety of others
6. Training Sessions and Activities
6.1 Schedule

Training Sessions will be held according to the schedule published
on our Website or communicated directly to Members
-
We reserve the right to modify the schedule with reasonable notice
to Members
6.2 Attendance

Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal player development
- Members should notify us in advance of any absences
-
No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed Training
Sessions except in circumstances specified in Section 10
6.3 Weather Conditions and Cancellations

Training Sessions may be canceled due to severe weather conditions
or other circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of cancellations
in advance
-
Alternative arrangements for canceled sessions will be made where
possible
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Medical Information

Members must provide accurate medical information during
registration

Members must promptly inform us of any changes to medical
information
-
We may require a doctor's clearance for Players with certain medical
conditions
7.2 Injuries
-
In case of injury during a Training Session, we will provide first
aid and, if necessary, arrange for emergency medical treatment
-
Parents/Guardians will be notified immediately in case of injury to
Players under 18
-
We are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in our
Services, except as provided in Section 12
7.3 Insurance
- The Academy maintains general liability insurance

Members are encouraged to have their own personal accident insurance
coverage
8. Photography and Media
8.1 Media Capture

We may photograph or video record Training Sessions for coaching,
promotional, or archival purposes

By accepting these Terms, you consent to such recording and use of
media featuring you or your child
8.2 Media Usage

Media featuring Members may be used on our Website, social media, or
promotional materials
-
Members can withdraw consent for media usage by contacting us in
writing
9. Communication
9.1 Methods of Communication

We will communicate with Members via email, phone, text message, or
through our Website

Members are responsible for ensuring their contact information is
current
9.2 Social Media

Official Academy information will only be posted on our official
social media accounts

We are not responsible for information posted on unofficial social
media groups or pages
10. Cancellation and Refunds
10.1 Cancellation by Member

Members may cancel their registration by providing written notice
-
Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation notice is
received:

More than 30 days before program start: Full refund minus
administration fee
- 15-30 days before program start: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before program start: No refund
-
Long-term injuries (more than 4 weeks) may qualify for partial
refunds with medical documentation
10.2 Cancellation by Academy

We reserve the right to cancel Training Sessions or entire programs
due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances
-
Full refunds will be provided for services not delivered due to
Academy cancellation
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images,
and software, is the property of the Academy or our licensors and is
protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws

Our training methods, curriculum, and materials are proprietary and
may not be reproduced without permission
11.2 Use Restrictions

Members may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
based on our content without explicit permission
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Assumption of Risk

Participation in football activities involves inherent risks of
injury
- By using our Services, you voluntarily assume these risks

We implement safety protocols and provide qualified coaching staff
to minimize risks

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Egyptian
law
12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, we shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages

Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by
you for our Services in the preceding 12-month period

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Egyptian law
12.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations if such
failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood,
earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of
foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of declaration of war), civil
war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or
confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government
sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, pandemic,
or any interruption of essential services.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Egypt

The Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any
dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms
13.2 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer
under Egyptian law

In case of conflict between these Terms and Egyptian consumer
protection laws, the consumer protection laws shall prevail
13.3 Dispute Resolution Process

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be
attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the
competent Egyptian economic courts in accordance with Law No. 120 of
2008 on Economic Courts

Alternatively, with mutual agreement, the dispute may be submitted
to arbitration in accordance with Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of
1994
- The arbitration shall take place in Cairo, Egypt
- The language of arbitration shall be Arabic

The number of arbitrators shall be three, appointed in accordance
with Egyptian arbitration laws
13.4 Time Limitation
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms must be
commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues,
otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make
material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or
through a notice on our Website. Your continued use of our Website or
Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment
of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by them.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately,
without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever,
including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon
termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
16. GDPR and International Standards
While these Terms are governed by Egyptian law, we also respect and
adhere to international data protection standards, including
principles from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where
applicable to our international members.

We are committed to making our Website and Services accessible to
people with disabilities. Our Website aims to comply with the Web

19. Language
These Terms are provided in English. In case of any discrepancy
between the English version and any translation, the English version
shall prevail.
These Terms of Service are designed specifically for Pro Touch
Academy based in Egypt and comply with Egyptian laws including the
Egyptian Civil Code, Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018),
Electronic Signature Law (Law No. 15 of 2004), and Personal Data
Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). Last reviewed by our legal
team on April 23, 2025.
